Man you guys, I think I’m going to only drink when I have to earn it. This weekend I went canoeing for the first time - “floating” as we call it here - for you northerners, it’s when you put a cooler full of beer in a canoe and paddle down a river for 4-6 hours.
And while it was a great time, I EARNED that beer. I paddled like a mad woman. And now I feel it in my back, shoulders, arms. I wish I had more opportunities to do real-life workouts like that. I love that it gets weird muscles sore. A few months ago I spent some time in the yard pulling weeds, and I was sore in my butt and thighs where I have NEVER felt soreness before.
I guess what I’m saying is, I need to get creative and get out of the gym sometimes.
Starting paleo eMeals this week. It’s going to be interesting. I do not think my husband is on board, but he’s agreed to try. I’m having roasted chicken and fruit for lunch every day, and our dinners include pork chops, chicken burgers, mexican pork skillet, and braised chicken breasts. AND WILTED KALE. Hubby is not going to like that one bit.
I have been thinking my bf was 36% bc that’s what my home scale said. But I did a test at Kroger last night and it said 27%. That’s a pretty huge discrepancy. Who do I believe? Where can I get an accurate reading, not just from touching metal?

I’m officially jumpin back on the paleo/primal train. It’s been a long while. Except pretend that orange stuff is carrots instead of cheese. IM EASING IN OKAY
